Is it rude to call a college and ask for acceptance information?

I've already been accepted to drexel with $11,000 in scholarship. But I'm still waiting to hear how many of my credits will transfer from my two years at community college. My acceptance letter said it may take up to two weeks, but I need to know sooner or it will conflict with another deadline Im trying to make. Is it rude to call an ask if they have the information available yet in their records??
