Should i hire this unqualified but hot guy?

im a manager for a food service company in arizona whose name i wont diclose, i've been holding interviews and have filled almost every spot. yes, i'm a guy and i'm in the closet. i have one more spot left, there is a real hot latino baller guy that applied and hes kind of unqualified for the job and another guy that is somewhat qualified but he is nowhere near as attractive. (i'm not discriminating because this guy has some negative qualities as well) i dont know what to do!!! He is Hot!!! Help girlz!!!!... ok and guys if you can.
