Why am I always hungry?

Stop eating McDonalds all together. With the calories you intake from their small meal , you could have eaten a medium to big meal at home. Also, whoever said taht fats make you gain fats is a retard. I'm sorry for being so mean but that's the truth. Fats has nothing to do with weight gain. Of course all food makes you gain weight if you go over the calorie limit (which also depends on your activity level) but you do need 50-70 grams of fat per day. Also yes carbs do make you gain weight, but also give you long lasting energy. So eat healthy, and maybe try to calculate how much you eat, exercise and you will be fine. Being hungry sucks, so eat rich foods like whole grain, chicken fish etc.. no mcdonalds!
