Insect fans and experts, please help me: roach or Beetle?

roaches are extremely fast. It is almost impossible to catch one with your hand (even if you wanted to). Beetles are typically much slower, easy to catch. Also roaches have very long antennae, as long as their body or longer. Some beetles have quite long antennae but most have shorter thicker ones than a roach.
