Father owned a coop hsg so flat . He expired no will. Can two bros, sis become joint nominee and how ??r=1?

As per Hindu Succession Act, all siblings will have an equal share (1/3rd) in the estate, including flat, left behind by father. Normally, in a cooperative housing society, there is a provision for nomination. If father had made a nomination, society can bring the name of nominee on its record. However, for joint ownership, a succession certificate will be necessary. All siblings should file a joint application in the appropriate court, claiming to be legal successor of father. Court will call for objections from public. If no objections are received within stipulated time, a succession certificate will be issued.
