What extracurriculars do colleges look for?

I really want to go to a top ranked college, preferably an ivy league. What kind of extracurriculars do colleges look for? I'm in 9th grade and I participated in Winter Indoor Track Team and Spring Track and Field. I'm going to continue that for the next 4 years, and I will also do Debate Club, Math Competition Team, Science Olympiad, National History Competition Team, and community service from 10-12 grade. Am I on the right track? Do I need something more? I'm not a really popular person, so student council won't really work for me.
