Video converting problem!!?

ok so i worked hard on this video and the file type is vep.4 project file i think but i tried all kinds of video converting programs and im just getting frustrated cuz i cant convert the video..anyway unless you got a LEGIT! video converter that supports all video files including vep files than that be much appreciated and an easy 10 pts..btw the program im using is avs video editor 4 and i got a windows 7 home premium webcam if that helps :P..im trying to get this video to youtube
