Returning Alleged Stolen Property Please Help!! I'm going out of my mind?

I agree with the first posting. What I would like to know is what proof does anyone have that you stole the earrings? If you happen to talk with her again try taping the conversation. You really should have taken someone with you when you returned them to her or even met her at a police station. I hope it works out for you and I don't know that I would worry as much. Technically, it is her word against yours. She could be trying to get you into trouble especially if she knows that you are on probation. Yes, speak to your parent(s) so that they have know what is going on just in case she tries something else.Hope everything works out for you, good luck.
