PLEASE SOMEONE HELP(10 POINTS)?

Ok im 16 and have been suffering from back pain...usually its in my upper right back and when i use my arm it hurts more...well iv started a new job(cashier) and now the pains all in my lower back...so it hurts when i stand to long...and i have this strange feeling in my foot...i feel ice is in my foot...and i get a urge to bang it against something to feel better...iv been to a neurologist and a orthopedist...they have done MRIs and all kinda test...im not sure what else to do...im tired of being in pain...the doctors are clueless...im 16 i should not be having this pain
