I set my on fire?

last night afer eating a bil ol heepin pile of beans i decided to see if its true about being able to light a fart on fire... during the time of light it i cought my bum on fire i believe i have first degree burns and all my hair down there is gone singed right off every sing last one of em.. im embared to go to the dr. becuasue i dont want to have to explain what happend. i cant sit down i cant wipe. can anyone suggest and good creams out there that will help with the burning sensation?
