I have a 1996 mercury mystique 4 cylinder .?

I got a error code P1130 and P1131 and wanted to know what the symptoms are for those errors. Im having lack of power and i got like 6 errors. They are PO401, PO402, PO171, PO420 then the two above. I am down to PO401,PO402 and maybe PO171 are my problem. I believe maybe my EGR Pressure Feedback Sensor is the problem. Any help please. I am low on money that's why im, goin this way. Thanks
