What Can I Say... I'm Pale?

I have very fair skin, and as a teenager, I don't find it too convenient. I either get terribly sunburned or stay as white as a ghost. Anyways, rather than fighting it, I want to learn how to embrace my paleness. I'd like tips on colors to wear/avoid, different makeup brands to try, etcetera. Thanks to all who comment!!
