Scratch like marks on guitar's fretboard, about to purchase this guitar advice please!?

Nice looking guitar. I don't see anything wrong with the fretboard although it does look very dry. A little lemon oil will fix that. I see what you're talking about, but it's just the grain of the rosewood.
