Please rate my yugioh deck?

I doubt that insect deck will get you anywhere these days. Instead you should use Chaos deck that involve Envoys since they are very powerful. However, if you use you insect deck, you should add in cards like Dark Hole, Pot of Greed, and Change of Hearts and take out some of the monsters.
